- Place Property in Print Media Advertising (At Owner’s Expense)
- Process Inquiries and Showing Property
Receive and Process all Applications to Lease Property
- Verify all Information on Application
- Credit, Eviction, Criminal & Business Reports if Applicable
- Require Applicants Monthly Income to be at least 3x’s the Monthly Lease
- Payment for certain prospective
Upon Applicant Approval
- Obtain First Month’s Lease Payment to Remove Property off of Market
- Execute Lease
- Obtain a Security Deposit, and a Last Month’s Lease Payment, if Need
- Review Rules and Regulations Addendum
- Inspect Property with Video and Written Documentation
- New Lessee Welcomed and given two Sets of Keys
